These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Nairon AI ("Nairon", "we", "us"). By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

2. The website versus our paid services

This website is informational. It describes what Nairon does, who we work with, and how to reach us. Nothing on this site is an offer, a contract, or a commitment to deliver any service.

Our paid work — building, running, and managing AI employees inside a client's existing tools — is governed by a separate written agreement (a master services agreement or "MSA") signed by both parties. Where that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls for the services it covers.

3. Use of the site and acceptable use

You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to interfere with the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, scrape or harvest content at scale, or use the site in any way that could damage or disrupt it.

The content on this site — including text, graphics, images, logos, and the "Nairon" name and marks — is owned by Nairon or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. This site may link to third-party websites, tools, or services that we do not control. We provide those links for convenience only. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party, and a link does not imply our endorsement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nairon and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of this site. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to this site will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100).

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Nairon and its officers, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of this site or your breach of these Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or this site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

We may revise these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes take effect when posted. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
