Our voice agent answers calls on the first ring. Texts, emails and chats are answered within 5 minutes, 24/7, and a person checks each reply before it is sent. We follow up up to 12 times in 14 days until the tour is booked.
High ownership
Few people, clear ownership. You take a problem from the first conversation with a property manager to a change that runs on live leads. No layers between you and the outcome.
In the leasing office
You will talk to property managers and leasing agents, learn how their week runs, and build around what happens between a renter's first message and the tour.
Priced per lead
We charge $2.99 per lead. A late first reply or a missed follow-up is refunded, and the lead is still worked. Speed and follow-up are the product.

The work spans engineering, leasing operations and sales. The traits matter more than any specific title.
