High ownership
Few people, clear ownership. You take a problem from first contact with a customer through to a running AI employee in production. No layers between you and the outcome.
Ship work that runs
We do not ship demos. We build AI employees that handle permits, dispatch, resident requests, quoting, and follow-ups inside the tools a business already uses. Outcomes are measured.
In the operator’s world
We work inside property management operations — leasing, maintenance & dispatch, and rent & renewals. You will talk to the people doing the work, learn how their day runs, and design around what actually happens.

We run a proven four-step delivery model, built on more than 30 successful AI projects. No rip-and-replace migrations. Agents work in existing systems with scoped, audited access.
What we look for
The traits matter more than any specific title.
You make things
You have a track record of building and shipping. You would rather have a working version in front of a customer than a perfect plan on paper.
You reason from the ground up
You break problems down to what is actually true, then design the simplest thing that works. You do not cargo-cult patterns or over-engineer.
You are comfortable without a map
Early-stage work is unclear by nature. You can pick a direction with incomplete information, move, and correct as evidence comes in.
