Acceptable Use Policy
This policy defines how you may use the Nairon website, service, and the AI employees we build and run for you. It applies to everyone who accesses Nairon.

Purpose
Nairon builds, runs, and manages AI employees that do operational work inside the tools a business already uses. This Acceptable Use Policy sets the rules for that use. It protects our customers, our systems, the people those systems touch, and third parties whose data or services are involved.
This policy applies to your use of the Nairon website, our platform and service, and any AI employee we operate on your behalf. It works alongside our other terms. If you use Nairon, you agree to follow this policy. If you engage Nairon to run AI employees, you are responsible for making sure the work you direct them to do also follows it.
Prohibited activities
You may not use the Nairon website or service to do any of the following, or to help anyone else do them:
- Illegal use. Use Nairon for any purpose that breaks applicable law or regulation, or that infringes the rights of others.
- Breaching or scanning security. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of Nairon, another user's account, or connected systems. This includes probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of our systems, and bypassing or defeating authentication, access controls, or scoping.
- Scraping and automated abuse. Scrape, crawl, harvest, or use automated tools against the site in ways we have not authorized, or place unreasonable load on the service.
- Infringing content. Upload, submit, or process content you do not have the right to use, including content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
- Malware. Introduce viruses, worms, malicious code, or anything designed to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
- Misrepresentation. Impersonate any person or organization, misstate your affiliation, or provide false or misleading information to us or through the service.
- Interfering with the service. Disrupt, degrade, or interfere with the operation of Nairon, its infrastructure, or the experience of other users, including through denial-of-service activity or tampering with how the service functions.
Prohibited uses of Nairon AI employees
When we build and run AI employees for you, they operate inside your systems with scoped, audited access. You must not direct or configure them to carry out work that is unlawful, deceptive, or harmful. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Unlawful automation. Using an AI employee to perform, assist, or automate any activity that breaks applicable law or regulation, including consumer protection, communications, privacy, and anti-spam rules.
- Deceptive automation. Using an AI employee to impersonate a real person deceptively, hide that automation is in use where disclosure is required, or mislead customers, residents, regulators, or other parties.
- Harmful automation. Using an AI employee to harass, threaten, defraud, or discriminate against people, or to make consequential decisions about them in ways that violate law or the rights of those affected.
- Out-of-scope access. Directing an AI employee to reach data, accounts, or systems beyond the access you have granted and are authorized to grant, or to circumvent the audit and scoping controls we put in place.
You are responsible for the instructions you give and for having the authority to grant the access an AI employee uses on your behalf.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations of this policy. Where we determine that a violation has occurred, or where continued use presents a risk to our systems, our customers, or third parties, we may take action without prior notice. That action may include removing or disabling content, restricting or pausing an AI employee, and suspending or terminating access to the site or service.
We will use judgment proportionate to the issue and, where practical and appropriate, tell you what happened and what is required to resume. Nothing here limits any other rights or remedies available to us.
Reporting abuse
If you believe someone is using Nairon in violation of this policy, or you have a security concern, tell us. Email hello@naironai.com with enough detail for us to investigate: what you observed, when, and any relevant links or context. We review reports and respond as needed.
Changes
We may update this policy as our service and the surrounding legal landscape change. When we do, we will revise the date shown at the top of this page. Material changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of Nairon after an update means you accept the current version.
