Analytics: Google Analytics 4

We use Google Analytics 4 to measure website traffic and understand which pages people visit. This helps us see how the site is performing and where to improve it. Google Analytics sets the following cookies on your device:

• _ga: Distinguishes one visitor from another so that visits can be counted.
• _ga_*: A per-property cookie (the name ends with your Google Analytics property identifier) used to keep session state.

These cookies collect aggregate usage data such as page views and general session information. We use this data to measure traffic, not to identify you personally.

Advertising: Meta Pixel

We use the Meta Pixel to measure our ads on Facebook and Instagram: which visits come from an ad, and whether a visitor books a call, starts the voice-agent demo or clicks a booking or contact link. Meta may also use this data to show our ads to people who visited the site. The Meta Pixel sets the following cookies:

• _fbp: Distinguishes one browser from another so that visits and bookings can be counted for our ads.
• _fbc: Set when you arrive from a Meta ad, so the visit can be credited to that ad.

We do not use the Meta Pixel on the private demo and audit pages we prepare for clients. We do not sell your data to advertisers.

Managing and opting out of cookies

You can control cookies in two ways:

• Browser settings. Every major browser lets you view, block, and delete cookies. Check your browser’s help pages for instructions. Blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the site from working.
• Meta ad preferences. To control how Meta uses website visits for ads, use the ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings.
