How access works
We build our security model around one rule: an agent should only touch what its job requires, and every touch should leave a record.
Your data stays in your systems
Agents act inside your existing CRM, scheduling, and inbox. We do not rip out your stack or migrate your records into a separate app. Your data stays in the systems you already own and administer.
Scoped, audited access
Each agent gets least-privilege access to the specific tools and actions its work requires — nothing more. Every action an agent takes is logged and reviewable, so you can see exactly what was done and when.
Encryption in transit and at rest
Data moving between systems is encrypted in transit. Data we hold is encrypted at rest. We rely on the security features of the platforms and infrastructure providers we build on.
Access controls
We support single sign-on and role-based access where your systems allow it. Access follows the principle of least privilege, and credentials are held only for the integrations an agent needs to do its work.
Infrastructure & providers
We build on established providers rather than reinventing the parts of security that others do well.
Vendors and subprocessors
We use reputable providers for hosting and infrastructure. These subprocessors carry their own security controls and compliance programs, and we choose them to keep your data on a well-secured foundation.
Certifications — an honest note
We do not currently hold formal certifications such as SOC 2. Building toward them is on our roadmap. We would rather tell you where we are than claim a badge we have not earned yet.
