Nairon Leasing answers your leasing leads by phone, text, email and chat. This page lists the data we receive to do that work, who can see it and how it is protected.

You share your listing links, phone line, lead email and calendars with us. That gives us the data below.
Listing details
The listing links you share with us. Every reply uses your listing for its facts.
Lead messages
The texts, emails and chats renters send to your phone line, lead email and chat, and the replies we send back.
Call transcripts
Calls to your phone line are answered by our voice agent. Each call is transcribed and logged with the lead.
Calendar access
Access to your agents' calendars, so tours are booked into their open times. We book the tour. Your team runs it.
Who can see conversations
Our voice agent is AI and answers calls. Texts, emails and chats are personalized by AI and approved by a person on our team before they're sent.

The people who can see a conversation are our team, who approve every written reply, and your team.
Every conversation is logged and shared with you
Every call, text, email and chat is logged and shared with you. Every week, our team sends you a report of your leads and reviews it with you or your head of leasing.
Your PMS and CRM stay as they are
We work from your listing links, phone line, lead email and calendars. We do not move your records into another system.
Only the access the work needs
We hold access only to the phone line, lead email, chat and calendars the work uses. You can remove that access at any time.
Fair housing
Every renter gets the same reply time, the same questions and the same 12 follow-ups. The questions come from a list you approve on the first call.
We never ask about or comment on race, color, religion, national origin, sex, family status or disability. Requests for an accommodation go straight to your team. The same answer is in our FAQ.
How the data is protected
We use established hosting and infrastructure providers and rely on their security controls.
Encrypted in transit and at rest
Data moving between systems is encrypted in transit. Data we hold is encrypted at rest.
GDPR and CCPA
We do not sell personal data. Our Privacy Policy lists the rights people have under GDPR (EEA and UK) and CCPA/CPRA (California) and how to use them.
No SOC 2 yet
We do not hold formal certifications such as SOC 2 today. Getting them is on our roadmap.
