Nairon AI ("Nairon", "we", "us") operates this website and the services described on it. This policy covers the personal data we handle when you visit the site, contact us, subscribe to our newsletter, or book a call. If you have questions, email us at hello@naironai.com.

What we collect

We collect only the data we need to respond to you and run the site:

• Newsletter. If you subscribe, we collect your email address.
• Contact form. When you reach out, we collect the email address and any details you include in your message.
• Booking details. When you book an AI audit, our scheduling provider (Cal.com) collects your name, email, chosen time, and anything you add to the booking notes.
• Analytics data. As you use the site, we collect standard analytics data such as pages viewed, referring links, approximate location, device and browser type, and similar usage signals.

Analytics & cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 (via the gtag tag) to understand how the site is used and to improve it. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to distinguish visitors and measure sessions. These cookies collect the usage and device data described above.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Doing so does not stop you from using the site, though some measurement will no longer work.

How we use data

• To respond to inquiries you send us and follow up on booked calls.
• To provide, operate, and improve the service and this website.
• To send the newsletter, only if you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in each email or by emailing us.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for purposes unrelated to those above without telling you first.

Third parties and processors

We rely on a small set of service providers to run the site and its features. Each processes personal data only to provide its service to us:

• Google Analytics — website analytics and measurement.
• Cal.com — scheduling and booking for AI audit calls.
• Vercel — hosting and delivery of this website.

These providers may process data in accordance with their own privacy terms. We share only what each provider needs to perform its function.

Data retention

We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected, or as long as required by law. Contact and booking messages are retained while we handle your request and for a reasonable follow-up period afterward. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics configuration. When data is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymize it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you have rights over your personal data. We honor these requests regardless of location where we reasonably can.

GDPR (EEA and UK)

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data.

• Opt out of the sale of personal data. Nairon does not sell personal data, so there is nothing to opt out of, but you may still submit a request.

We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process data in the United States and other countries. If you access the site from outside the United States, your data may be transferred to and stored in a country with different data protection laws than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers.

Children

This service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, email us at hello@naironai.com and we will delete it.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, and our providers apply scoped, audited access to the systems that handle it. You can read more in our security practices. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
